Because We Care
We founded Prometheus 2A Defense with one goal in mind: providing our clients with safe and professional firearms and emergency preparedness training. We are proud patriots and supporters of the Second Amendment and the Constitution. Veteran owned and operated, we operate and conduct our business with the same dedication to service and honor that called us to serve our nation. In an effort to be as forthright and transparent as possible our policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you any questions.
Refunds
Once registered for a class and payment has been remitted, there are no refunds. If registration is cancelled within three business days prior to the course a partial refund will be made. The amount of any refund will be one half of the original cost of the course, minus 5%.
Because we support our military, LEOs, fire fighters and first responders, in the event that duty or work emergencies suddenly and unexpectedly interfere with your ability to attend a class after you are registered ensure you let us know. We will hold your registered seat for a period of ninety days. In the event that the scheduled class is not offered in that time you will be offered a full refund with no penalty.
Right to Refuse Service
Prometheus 2A Defense and its staff reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason and without notice or explanation. Prometheus 2A Defense and its staff will refuse service to and report to the appropriate authorities any person that has been convicted of any crime which would make their use or possession of firearms unlawful under state or federal law should they attempt to possess or carry a firearm during any training session, at any location that Prometheus 2A Defense staff is responsible for or owns.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Prometheus 2A Defense product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Prometheus 2A Defense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Prometheus 2A Defense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Prometheus 2A Defense shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Prometheus 2A Defense without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Prometheus 2A Defense may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Prometheus 2A Defense.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Prometheus 2A Defense or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
